Suzanne shows up at Sugarbaker's in every episode and sits on the couch and starts talking about whatever, I want to know if she actually does any work at Sugarbaker's or just comes there and does nothing?

I think the only work she ever really did was networking to try to drum up business since she had a lot of social contacts. I do remember several episodes where they talked about her going to lunch with this person or that to discuss design plans, etc.

No she was rich already. Julia, her sister, owned Sugarbaker's. She had money, and had also had various rich husbands that had died.

i think the one time she worked was on the design house competition. she was in the house when it burned down.

The only thing she ever did I knew about was walk her pet pig.
