creative ideas for a scene?

i have to write a scene in which i am physically or emotionally trapped in a situation. any ideas?

    Think of atime when you have felt phsically or emotionally trapped... For me it would be in a bad relationship, or the time I moved to another state... think of a time that you have felt that way and make it your own.

    You could take a more comedic approach and portray a non human character such as a mouse in trap, a forgotten toy, or a piece of gum on the bottom of someone's shoe!
