Marilyn Manson is a Satanist. Manson was given the title of Reverend Manson by Church of Satan founder Anton Lavey.

I just read his book "The Long Hard Road Out of Hell" and he talks about it. Like this small fact he said in the book that murder isnt the biggest sin for a Satanist, it is ignorance.

He is freaking awesome. Im going to his concert soon. Cant wait!

The satanic believe in Satan as a principle, rather than a being. Satanists practice indulgence, instead of abstinence. "Satanism encourages its followers to indulge in their natural desires. Only by so doing can you be a completely satisfied person with no frustrations which can be harmful to yourself and others around you."

Thats what Manson believes. Have you even read the book? No I didnt think so.

You probably dont even know any of his music besides just the songs they played on the radio like "Beautiful People".

So why dont you just shut your mouth and stick to stuff that you know about?

I was surfing through religion and came across this site page , there are three categories of Satanism, 1 is a more liberal Satanism a short of sin and let love & sin, I read Sandozar’s notebook and a few of his works, then the 2nd which is a fascist Satanism there is nothing except evil everything else is a perpetual pipe dream , then there is nonconformist a sort of you scratch my back and ill scratch yours because I believe in neither nor will I stand in the pentagram circles , I just want out of this world what I need and can get, I was a nonconformist. I have seen a couple of documentaries and I know that the hierarchy Nazi’s categorically refuse to associate themselves with him, he wanted to teach kids at one point chuckle chuckle and I cannot abide kids once they get past a certain age of gurgling and not looking cute then I don’t want to know, he was dating that really hot chick from the New Conan The Barbarian, you know what I think? I think most Satanist totally misinterpret the biblical transition. I was watching Time Bandit night before night best scene ‘ O great prince of darkness if you are so great then why have you allowed the holy one to imprison you this crap hole of a dungeon called hell and if you are all power then how is it you cannot defeated the holy one who created and how could you create yourself , to which the questioner was turn into a dog ,lol

Marilyn Manson said in a Interview that He's Not a Satanist. Are the lyrics of his songs Satanic? No so why are u thinking he is a Satanist?

Although Manson is ordained in the Church of Satan, he does not consider himself a Satanist. He believes in freedom of thought. Art is more likely his religion than anything. He is well educated in Christian & Catholic religion from attending private religious schools as a kid. I have heard him say he likes certain concepts of religion but doesn't lean one way or the other. I would say his religion is Art and Philosophy.

Honestly you'd have to ask him. He's been interested in a lot of religious ideas as he said in Disposable Teens, "I never really hated the one true god but the god of the people I hated."

MM is not Satanist, but many people take that because of the title and music. Marilyn would be most know end as an atheist, but Manson in reality is against religion. He hated the beliefs of the Christian Church and many other religion and thinks of them as a poison and a way for you not to express yourself such as a mind jail.
