Why are provisional drivers details in Iowa, USA? Why is an American company contracted to deal with these details? Isn't there a British company that can handle this? They are saying this is less serious than losing the previous two discs, but they contain names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. This is very serious and breaching the Governments own Data Protection law. Surely this Government needs to answer some very serious questions. If they cannot safeguard peoples personal details, what hope is there for the protection of people in general. They have a total disregard for peoples rights, which considering the tax payers are paying their salaries a lack of respect that can only be considered insulting.
