Is this love?

There is this guy i like once, i guess. After while i thought he was just playing me because when he is talking to me or around me he doesn't shows as if he really like me of me, but am understanding that whenever he is around mine friends,cousins, his familys or his friends he tells them how much he loves me and that he can tell me how he really feels about me and when he's around me or talking to me there's this feeling thats he never felt around anyone esle. He also said that he is afriad of telling me his feelings and then i takes disadvantage of them. Do u think he love me or i should just forget him?
