It's normal, the body knows that another chance to get pregnant is slipping away and puts the libido into overdrive. Women are more likely to get aroused during the time they are ovulating and just before their period. It's natures way of continuing the species.

It's perfectly natural to feel horny during your periods because of the high levels of hormones. Unprotected sex during periods is messy and can increase the risk of getting a sexually trasmitted infection.

yes, this is your body's way of telling you you're at the prime stage to have a baby. you ovulate before your period and its during that time that you get hornier b/c your body is telling you to get it on and have little bebbies. lol.
