Kevin Smith's Chances next year?

Ok now that UCF Rb Kevin Smith has made it official that he's comming back for his senior year, how are his heisman chances next year? He's was a 1st team All-American this year, and had 2400+ yards rushing with 30+ Touchdowns.

He got completely overlooked by everyone this year. He'll probably set a new record for rushing yards in a season when they go to Memphis, and he wasn't even considered for the Walker.

It's nice to have him back for another season, but I have a feeling he'll just get snubbed again.

Anyone who has seen him play knows he is the real deal. He will be an outstanding pro. If he stays healthy he should be the first running back taken in the draft.

I seriously doubt that he will be fair consideration since he plays for UCF, plus check out the winners in the past 15 years and count the running backs. It has become a largely quarterbacks award.

He will win it next year with 2500 yds and 35 tds... Tebow will end up getting hurt the way he runs so he is out of the Heisman Race. Watch Tebow's ACL thats all i have to say.

  • if he couldn't win it this year with those stats........there's about zero chance of him winning it next year

Central Florida would have to win a few more ball games for him to have a chance.....

but then again, sometimes the voters take previous seasons into account......so maybe I'm wrong
