Almost all states in the US don't have a law against being pregnant, however they do about rape, statutory rape, etc. So, if the parents of this girl want to press charges against the father (and the legal age for consentual sex is OVER the age of 16) they can and criminal charges can be brought against him but not against her!

It really depends on the state that this happened. Not all states have the age of consent at 18. There is also a law called "Romeo and Juliet" law that defines how much age difference there has to be. 3 years is not enough
