Only do this if your doctor has told you to. Clomid can have some serious side effects. Your doctor will only do this if you are getting poor ovulation with just the five tablets. Usually before they take this step they up your dose to two or three tablets a day for five days. but you must be closely watched either way (blood tests, ultrasounds etc.)
