BBQ Pork recipe?

All I want is a recipe on how to make BBQ Pork the kind you dip into hot mustard and sesame seeds! I was given a piece of pork used spicificaly for this. Any ideas? not sauces or anything like that, just the recipe, on how to get the outside red and how to bake it ; please.

    search google for chinese bbq pork - I found many recipes.

    The one I've used came from Sunset Magazine years ago (like 20+), used 5 spice, hoisin sauce...? It was slow cooked on a grill, not in the oven.

    Preheat oven to 400. Place seasoned ribs in a pan. (no need to prefry) Fill about half way with water. Cover and bake about an hour. Remove cover, add bbq sauce (I use Krafts, Mesquite flavored. Yes it's cheap, but I haven't found anything any better, really!) Bake another 1/2 hour or until excess water and bbq sauce is cooked down and thick. Yummmy.

    I seen a lot of recipes on goggle.. too many to produce.. so go check it out..

    I am sure u will find one u like..

    for indoor cooking.. this is easy and good for pork ribs..

    brown them in a skillet.. set aside in a big deep baking dish

    on top of the stove in a pan ... mix

    1 smokey Kraft BBQ sauce

    3/4/ cup of brown sugar 3/4/ stick butter

    stir.... heat on low heat..add 3-4 tables.-Worcestershire sauce

    as butter melts.. add 3/4 can of beer.. stir lightly

    before butter is finished pour mixture over ribs..

    place in a 350 oven.. cook about 2-3 hrs until done or sauce is thick..

    mmmmmm goood.. perfect for when the weather is bad out.. and can't use the grill

    it will be tender and fall off the bone.

    KOREAN BARBECUE

    1 lb. thinly sliced meat (beef, chicken, pork, tongue, etc.) and/or shellfish

    MARINADE:

    1/4 c. soy sauce

    Sesame oil to taste

    1 clove garlic, mashed

    1 tsp. sugar

    Black pepper

    Roasted sesame seeds (opt.)

    Mix marinade ingredients and marinate meat overnight. Grill meat quickly on very hot hibachi. Wrap meat in romaine lettuce leaf and top with pickled vegetables (kim chee, etc.) and sesame paste. Roll up and eat with your hands.
