Is it safe to put a frozen chicken in a pot of water and let it come to a boil and cook it as is for chicken and dumplings?

I have 2 types of layers some brown eggs and some green. Recently the green eggs have had hard bumps on the tips. That resemble warts, as hard as the shell. I've had them for over a year now and this has just recently appeared. What is it????

Male, Pekingese, 8 yrs old, never neutered and not going to be. He continually marks his territory all over in-doors no matter where he is. We have caught him maybe twice and put his nose in it, told him NO, and put him outside. He knows he did wrong as soon as he is caught and say his name he shamefully bows his head. But that was only 2-3 times over the years that we caught. Now he has a son, Pekingese/ShihTzu, 18 months, not neutered {yet}, and now started taking after his father and had been caught at it more than his father, but still at it. How To Get Them To Get Over It ? ? ? ? ? HELP ! !

I heard that rawhide treats are no good for dogs because they cannot digest them, is this a fact? and what else is not good for them?

O.K. I just saw this listed and already closed out as answered, so I wanted to bring it back because I really don't think it was answered fairly. It was answered with a lot of words spelt with a Y in it, but, is it not true that vowel's are a,e,i, o,u, and sometimes y? even tho sometimes Y, it is still a vowel, therefore I did not deem the question answered properly. Or do I have to help her? they are now 7wks and she does not nurse them as often plus they are now eating ground up puppy food diluted with warm water 4 to 5 times per day, only one problem out of 3 males 1 female and she is now the smallest when they all use to be the same size, it seems her bros are bullying her and she is not getting as much as they, so as of tonight I took her out with her mom alone and let her have at it until she couldn't get anymore out of the teats, then gave her some pup food, will I have to continue this? and please I would appreciate answers to all questions from those who know them and not any criticism. I have never been there for a PG dog before (in my 54 yrs) we planned on her mating with our 4yr old Pekingese after she was 2yrs, but he got to her during her last heat, she is 18 mo. old ShihTzu and we can tell she is for sure. I heard dogs are pg for 63-65 days, I think it has been about 55 days now, she is getting large in the middle and her teets are starting to swell. I made a box up for her with her favorite blanket. Now to the question, how will I know she is getting ready? I work 3 nights a week and I am so afraid she will have them without me, I just want to be there just in case, plus the male is real spoiled and now very protective of her, and I don't trust him if she has them when I am not around, I'm afraid he might harm them. So I am desperatly trying to find out what the signs are. Please help!

My dog had her first heat Oct. 2008 and not another yet, also if she does go into heat and then got PG instantly would her heat stop right away so I wouldn't even notice that her heat started?, or would the cycle continue?

And Please I don't want to hear anything about having her fixed!

He is five years old and I have caught him only 2 times lifting his leg. I am continuously finding yellow spots on the corners of furniture and the surrounding floor, I have even see it in other peeps houses and my place of employment when he had been there with me. Please Help?

I found this beautiful westeria growing along side the road, it has climbed all up and around tele poles and trees, just gorgeous, I broke a couple pieces off the branches and stuck them in water to see if they will root, I found some info on line but not much help on , will they root, should they be cut off at a certain leaf or noad? anyone know? and how long will it take, I read that some have luck with the seed pods growing faster but it takes years before they get flowers.
