They are in heat for approx 21 days.. Starting between 6 and 9 months and will come into heat every 6 months after that.. She can ( SHOULD NOT ) get pregnant even on her first heat.. She should be spayed.. If you bought a quality purebred and have a mentor or a breeder willing to work with her, and you bought her to breed. Do not breed her til she is at least 2 and has had health testing done and is found to be a good representation of the breed.
