trying to use my external dvd burner?
First I use dvd shrink and then I decrypt it. I already have my external dvd burner usb plugged into my computer but when I try to make a copy it wont let me. It makes my cdrom open and tells me to enter the 1st disc. I cant figure out how to make it burn to the blank dvd thats in the external dvd burner.
any suggestions?

Look in the settings or preferences for your burning software, and make sure the external DVD burner is the one set as the target.
Most software will NOT automatically switch to the external drive, since it will default to the drive that is always there.
