A buddy says Paul Brown where the Cincinnati Bengals play, resides in the state Kentucky and not Ohio?

Is he free basing crack because the map location states Ohio and so does the address, but he claims it's in Kentucky's territory which is nuts LOL! Please answer this question so I can win my money!

Ohio, technically. Although, the Kentucky border is parallel to the northern shore of the Ohio River, so the Ky. border is literally 150 feet from the southernmost point of Paul Brown Stadium.

As someone who has lived in Ohio all my life, i can tell you your map is WRONG....Cincinnati IS in Kentucky. If you've ever gone there, you would know....

(ok, so it's not really in Kentucky, it is in Ohio, but we in Ohio don't like to claim Cincinnati. Cincinnati is Kentucky to us)
