God or the Devil? Why and what sort of things would you use your powers for?

Hmm, do I want to be the omnipotent, omnicognizant being, or the limited knowledge, limited power sidekick.
Gee, I guess I would have to think about that.
For about 0.1 nanoseconds.
God.
Being omnipotent I would be able to solve all of humanity's problems, fix the planet, create a few new high-yield, non-sentient food species, tell the scientist how to go about inventing faster than light travel, stick a couple of extra planets into the Earth's orbit, making sure that they were stable for the next 10,000,000 years, giving room for humanity to expand into, Place the exact truth about God and religion in 200 ft high letters of pure diamond, running right the way though the Alps, Himalayas and the Rockies.
The question is what would I do for the remaining 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds. Maybe create a couple of spare universes or something.
Oh, and the last thing I would do is transfer all of the Catholic church's money into my bank account.

The devil, so i could jump over a cliff.
Being God would not change much about the world, since people have free will. it's not like I could just "end evil", so long as people can still choose to be evil.

God
Source(s): although if i would be omnipotent even for a day i'd make sure to prolong it for an eternity or until i'd get bored - 1 decade ago
I would rather be the Devil with the mind of a pure God, so that I could kill myself.
If that is not an option, I would be God and eliminate all evil and promote peace on earth.

Contrary to what people think, the devil has NO powers over us.. God gives us free will to either do right, or to do wrong. His grace is sufficient for us to resist all temptations. The real question is , do we really want to fight temptations?

If it's only for one day, I'd choose the devil. You can have a lot of fun in one day, but there is a limited amount of good you can do in one day--good works usually take some ongoing supervision.

God I would help the women and men with cancer.
But I could never over rule God for anything I'm not perfact like him.

Be the devil, and turn the devil over to a new leaf
