Increase the lighting quality in your room, which will produce a better quality image. Depending upon how you light yourself, you can make the image quality much better.

It's unlikely you can get a better image than it was designed for.

One thing you can do is to connect a regular camcorder to a video input card. You will get better picture and sound quality.

I have same problem with my cam,the rep at the store told me its a good cam,but ppl tell me my ca sucks when i video chat with them. it appears fine to me on my screen. they said its very choppy when i move,what do u think could be the problem,please help me,i am becoming frustrated.
