How do I find out the web hosting service for a particular website?

If the hosting service is not posted anywhere on a website, how do I find out that information? NOTE: Don't tell me to message the site owner, he and I are not exactly on speaking terms.

    Go to this website and type in their URL at the top, then click on the "whois source"

    Because usually although domain names take the name of the owner but IPs remain under hosting provider's name, you can try the "IPWHOIS Lookup" free service from here: http://member.dnsstuff.com/pages/tools.php

    i dont think you can unless you search the domain name or something else like that... look through the source code
