The one that has the internet right now, get a router for it. Then when you set it up and everything get a adapter for the computer with no internet. This website is the best place to get them.

You need one modem and a router, either wireless or wired. A wireless router gives you wireless capabilities but also can hook up 4 computers to the internet by wires.

You need to connect the Modem to the router and from the router's ports connect both computer into them.

Routers start at $60 in retail stores with brands such as Linksys, D-link and Belkin, so have a look at them.

i'd recommend the first answer to follow, try to get wires, they're pricey, but worth it (in my opinion) in speed.
