what's the best christmas present you all have ever recieved/given?

once, when I was 11, my grandma bought my sister and me a barbie doll to share ( I was way past the doll stage but hey, it was a gift from her, so I was cool with it ) Well, my granddad, who can be quite a jerk sometimes, took the doll and gave it to a little girl who wasn't even kin to us, but she was there expecting for people to give her presents at our house. My grandma was pissed, because she had got that as a gift to us and everyone else had presents from her except my sister and me. So, she scraped up her last five bucks, found a store that was open on Christmas day and bought us these porcelain peacocks. It was the best Christmas present ever because we lost her the next year. I've since moved out of my mom's house, but I refused to take my peacock because I didn't want to split them up or for them to get broken over at my house.

She's not due until a couple of days after Christmas, but my sister is having her first child and naming it a variant of my middle name as a namesake. Not only am I getting a niece (my first), but she's also named after me!

I lost a dozen babies........ but a month and a half early on Christmas morning...... I had a healthy baby girl.... Noel Marie.. which if you say it backwards means....Mary Christmas Baby!
