nope. use a condom just to make sure though.
be careful on the shot though, i took it for 5 years, i just stopped last january, almost a year now, and i still can't get pregnant. it takes some people a really long time to wear off.

Im sure that the antibiotics lessen the effect of the shot while you are taking the antibiotics but you should be ok a few days after you finish them. YOu should not have to wait until your next shot to prevent getting pregnant

Yes antibiotics affect all hormonal birth control. Use a backup method and when you are done with the antibiotics the shot should still be effective but please call and ask a nurse or doctor to be sure.

It shouldn't, but I'd still use protection if you are uncertain. You should have asked the pharmacist or your doctor who prescribed the antibiotics to you at that time.
Even if you take depo correctly, you are still at a risk of getting pregnant as NOTHING (including depo) is 100% effective except for pregnancy. So you are at the most 99% protected while on depo.
