Extra room, but no idea what to do with it?

What about turning it into guest room....in case if you guys have friends or out of town relative who could spend the night.

You could use sofa sleeper or a futon that turns into a bed. Since you guys are on a tight budget... try looking under Craig's List for those. Or you can even find one in Freecycle yahoo group for your local area.

How about a game room. You can buy a cheap pool table- not a great one though. Also, look for cheap stuff on craigslist.com

Or, we are thinking of making ours a family room. One living room with a tv and stuff and the other with just a nice couch set.

I have also moved recently to a new appartment and my living room is big and also have a big space. So I suggest that you look for things at the second hand stores, sometimes u find good stuff there. I like to have space in my living room it's easier in cleaning...

You can make it into the music room and put your stereo in their and put a bunch of band or singer posters on the walls. You can also put up some cd racks on the walls.A nice funky rug to dress it up would look cool.Maybe a few bean bag chairs....just be creative and youll rock!

Maybe a rec room. You can have a tv and computer in there and that would be where you hang out. This way the livingroom is always tidy and perfect if people stop by.

Music/Exercise room

Make it a guest room.

gym, library. guest room, game room, extra closet...etc.. the possibilities are endless.

Game Room, work-out room, study lounge or just use it for storage.........
