Ninja 2 PC, need help with some issues!?

We just recieved a Ninja 2 computer and are having some issues. I am not sure about the set up because the person who gave it to us had everything set up and "ready to go" when it was given to us. The biggest issue is with the internet, whenever you type in an address a warning pops up telling you "windows cannot find ('null')." and then something about making sure you typed the address in correctly which we have! It even pops up when you hit a link. After you hit "OK" 3 windows pop up.one is the site you wanted, one is the home page and the other is blank. Now if you try to go to another site by typing in an address from there it stops working all together and you have to close and reopen the explorer. The other issue we have is when we tried to watch a TV show from NBC.com and 65 blank windows popped up when the player popped up...we are still able to watch the show but with the cost of 65 blank windows up! If you know anything about this please leave an answer and help us out!

Update:

Just wanted to add that we do have security system for the PC and it says that nothing has even tried to do anything to the computer...no viruses no spies no anything! besides only had the thing for 2 days!

Looks like your PC came pre-installed with virus / spyware.

First step would be to download an anti-virus. I would recommend AVAST Home (free). Next, get an anti-spyware. I would recommend Spybot Search and Destroy.

After download/installation, run both of them one at a time and clean your system. It should well after that.

Also, to be most effective, these utilities must be run in safe-mode or at system-start.

See if you can run windows update from the start menu. If you cannot run windows update then I believe it is time to have the Ninja 2 provider come to your house or swap out your machine or contact Microsoft and ask for technical support. Microsoft will be able to get your system in shape if the Windows is not Pirated, if the Windows is Pirated and Ninja 2 won't help you then you'll need a lawyer.

After running windows update and getting all updates, one of the last updates for malicious software removal should get rid of most problems. Also contact your internet service provider if you still have connection issues after running windows update over and over until no more updates are available.
