Need advice Arrowhead neighbors?
Looking for a nice safe place to reside (reasonable) , my brother transferred from LA to KC to run a store around the stadium. He had little time to look around and settled for a rental around the PLAZA, has since found that to be a bit dangerous especially after dark. Any suggestions greatly appreciated as he still has no time on his hands to L@@K, between work and caring for a cancer patient. PLEASE HELP

He could move a little more southwest. I live southwest, about 10 minutes from the plaza and in Prairie Village. Fairway is a bit closer to downtown and also a nice community. They are both very nice, great school systems, very low crime rate and wery close to downtown. Email me if you need any more advice. Good luck:)

I would recommend Belton for a safe affordable place to live which is convient to Arrowhead But far enough away from the noise of the Sports complex, Also the south Kansas City Neighborhoods of Martin City or Hyde Park would make an excellent choice

We live in the Northlands in Platte Co in the Park Hill school district and we really like it here. Our subdivision feels very safe. I don't know what his budget is. We are new to the area so that is really the only part of KC I know.

I would recommend going south of 95th street (on the KS side or at least stay west of Wornall if in MO)
