Flash Player Question, major problem, please help!!!?
Whenever I try to do a direct video upload on Youtube, there is a box asking me to "allow" or "deny"
No matter which I click on, nothing happens, almost as if the box is frozen.

Anyone know what's wrong?
I have Windows Vista and my processor is Intel Core 2 Duo
I've tried both IE and Firefox.

could be Vista honestly, could be that your web cam drivers need updated/installed, could be you need to update/install flash, could be that your firewalls blocking the transmisson
it could be about 20 things, hope that gives you something to try though.

Try using a different web browser like firefox. Or download the newest version of flash from adobe's site and the latest drivers for your microphone and web cam.
