What do I wear to a concert?
It's the Dresden Dolls...I've never been to a concert so I don't know what people usually wear or what kinds of things like temperature and space come into play. Please help!

Oh this is right up my scene-kid alley! =) lol
First of all, NEVER EVER EVER wear heels. You will hurt yourself.
Second of all, wear something you can move around in, i.e. jeans or some kind of sturdy pants. Not shorts, and no skirts. The top doesn't matter as much unless you intend to be in standing room, in which case you might not want to have a low neckline.
I've never heard of the Dresden Dolls, but if they have mosh pit music, and you don't wanna mosh, either stay towards the back or off to the side. If you intend to mosh, wear something you can get blood on. =) jk.
Just keep in mind that whatever you wear, you're probably gonna be in extremely tight quarters with people, so if you want a layer of clothing in between you and the sweaty drunk guy next to you, put it there.
Trust me. I live at clubs. =)

omg, i love the dresden dolls. i have never been to one of their concerts, but i have been to others. first of all- if you are going to be in any mosh pits(which i love), make sure you wear shoes that are sturdy because you will be pushed around, but dress in thin, light, short sleeved and sleeveless clothes. mosh pits and dance floors get really hot, really fast. second- if you are going to be standing around in the cold for hours in line, wear a jacket. most concerts have a coat check, so you won't have to carry it around. third- if the concert is seated, dont worry about anything. just wear comfortable clothes. and lastly, if you are planning on meeting the band and getting autographs, wear or bring some cool clothes that you want them to sign. trust me on this: clothes and shoes and hats and tote bags are much better than signed notebook paper. (i have a cobra starship hoodie signed by gabe saporta) as for merch, bring at least $20, even if you don't plan on buying. its good to have options. have fun!

anyway, you should wear normal comfy clothes. No one dresses up nice. Also, wear short sleeves. Its freakin hot at concerts.I think you should wear a "Dresden Dolls" T shirt.and some black jeans.Youll fit in and have lots of fun.
remember DONT DRESS UP!
wear what you would to school or something.

It would be best if you wore a Dresden Dolls t-shirt
( I seriously have no idea who they are so good luck on that one )
And whatever else you feel like so long as it doens't diss the band because most likely people there will like the band, most people don't like it when you diss a band that they like.

Something comfortable. A cute top, with jeans, a light jacket and comfy shoes will do. But no jewelry. I went to a Flyleaf concert once and nearly got my earrings ripped out of my ears. And NO SKIRTS!

Dress for comfort. No jewelry. Comfortable shoes. Light on the make-up (you might sweat it all off). Hmm... and go as light as possible when it comes to outerwear. It gets HOT and there's usually nowhere to hang your stuff up. Have fun (:

oh, they're awesome!!!
concert apperal's easy. jeans and a tee, bring money to buy merch, so wear usually a black tee, and no belt(most arenas don't allow them). make sure ur comfy and can move easily, escpeically if you don't wanna be killed in the mosh. if you have long hair you might wanna tie it back somehow too.
