Dogs and Catnip?????
So has anyone out there had a small breed dog get into catnip?
My Shih Tzu-Yorkie mix found the cat toys tonight, and after ward was acting crazy. Running all over the house, not wanting to settle down to cuddle (usual behavior), basically just going nuts like the cat does when I bring a new catnip toy into the house.
Anyone else had this experiance?

I used to have a cat and my dog would always get into the catnip - catnip did not affect my dog. Apparently, others say the same thing.

Sorry i don't have a lot of experience with that but i have read some articles about it. I read that catnip islike a drug to cats and its not good for them even though its a natural herb. (its kind of like cannabis (aka weed, pot, marijuana etc.) with humans.
