  • Law and Order airing this week?

In this weeks law and order did anyone else notice that the judge was an actress that had previously been killed in a very old episode?

The episode where as a character she surpassed her husbands career so he had her shot. They were in the country, came back early, evidance showed a call to the killer. She did not want to provide the evidance that could convict her husband, and was allowed to stop medical treatment that was keeping her alive.

I am almost positive this is the same actress, with a very distinctive voice.

  • Wii games for young children.?

My nephew is three, but advanced in many way ie. riding his older brothers razor scooter proficiently. I want to get him a game for the Wii console that he would be able to enjoy and grow with. I looked on the website, but they do not have any real info about the games. Does anyone with some knowledge or experience, about games for young children? I was looking at mario slugger, but I don't know if this will be too difficult.

  • Question about divorce and insurance.?

So ok...last year I received a notice of a preliminary hearing on my divorce. It was set for Aug. 7th. I waived my appearance, and thought nothing of it. I never received any paperwork after the fact, but having had dealt with his lawyers previously on his custody issues did not think anything of the slow down (actually assumed he did not pay so they stopped work).

I was using his insurance through the military, and mine was secondary on post. In november I had an expensive procedure done that was pre-approved.

come feb. I finally asked about the divorce situation for tax purposes and was informed that the divorce was actually final aug. 8th and I should have received the paperwork, which I did not.

Now a year later, after he produced the divorce papers to get his new wife on his tri-care they are wanting to bill me for this procedure...over 3 thou.

I have the phone bill from when I called the court house where we were divorced in Feb, and emails from that time giving my friend the info to go and get the documents from the court house for me. All of this to support my claims of not knowing at the time of the bill that I would be respnosible for it.

Do you think I have an appeal? Is there anything I can do?

  • Is this normal dog behavior?

We have an almost 3 month old Yorkie ShihTzu mix puppy. The first dog for either of us in over 20 years. (I have always had cats...which I understand)

She has staked out a corner of hte rug by the couch and all of her toys, and any of our shoes that she can get her teeth on have to go there. If we pick one up and throw it, it comes back. If we pick up the house and put her toys in the bathroom, they come back. Anyone know why? or had this behavior in a dog before?

Oh and the shoe thing....whats that about?

  • Dogs and Catnip?????

So has anyone out there had a small breed dog get into catnip?

My Shih Tzu-Yorkie mix found the cat toys tonight, and after ward was acting crazy. Running all over the house, not wanting to settle down to cuddle (usual behavior), basically just going nuts like the cat does when I bring a new catnip toy into the house.

    Anyone else had this experiance?
