Help me plz.?

My first generation 1 gb i-Pod is not working. It says it syncing with the i-Tunes playlist. Everything is up to date with i-Tunes. Can you please direct me somewhere that can help. My sister's i-Pod is still working alright and was brought at the same time but hers is a 2 gb.

    call apples customer support line or e-mail them the question, don't have some random people who don't know squat answer your question.
