Why wont my new acer laptop burn video files onto dvd?.?
I had an older esystem laptop which burnt videos fine with sothink dvd maker.But the new acer converts video files but fails to burn them.Could the built in norton anti-virus have something to do with it?.I have also tried win-avi dvd burner but that did'nt work either.I am loosing my patience with it.Please does anyone have a solution for me.
The model is acer aspire 5720

Try using ConvertXtoDVD
I believe it is compatible with most DVD burners.

i had the same problem using Philips DVD's so I tried Maxwells and was as happy as can be
