Which video Card VisionTek Radeon HD 2600 Pro 512Mb or XGX GeForce 8600 GT?

I know there are alot of better video cards out there but since i'm working with a 300 W power supply my choices are incredibly limited. Please help.. the Radeon HD 2600 Pro has more memory but the GeForce 8600 is faster. I want to get the one that will work with the most games possible, I know neither will work with really high end games.

Update:

i purchased a 500w general power supply (not a gaming specific power supply). what is the best card for about $200 give or take. i have an intel pentium 4 with 3GB RAM

Update 2:

It's for a dell E510 or 5150

Why don't you get a better power supply first, then? If you start having PSU problems, weird things go on in your computer. Plus the computer makers choice of PSU's, are generally the cheap ones! How about this one? http://www.directron.com/rp600pcar.html $64.99 with a $40 mail in rebate,(makes it $24.99) 600 Watt, dual 12Volt rails, SLI Ready, 120mm fan for quiet operation, and is made by CoolerMaster, an excellent PSU maker. Now your vid card selection won't be so limited!

    id go with the 8600

scratch that..if youve got $200 and the power supply,. get a radeon HD 3850..its a couple steps above the 8600

can clock to at least 720mhz core and 2ghz memory

i could flow wit the radeon, fairly with the aid of fact HIS places awsom air cooling cycle on their photographs card so that's going to be lots cooler and swifter. additionally the radeon has (G)DDR3 quite of jus DDR3 like geforce, and the GDDR means dedicated reminiscence/ram made greater for gaming. and that i do have faith the radeon sucks much less potential from ur gadget.
