Assistance needed for DVD/CD labelling techniques?
I have no problems with designing and the printing of CD/DVD labels on the correct adhesive backed paper, but I need advice on how to accurately cut the inner and outer circle perimeters, and locating the cut label accurately on the disk.
Are there any cutting or location tools available for a small amount of home use, or useful techniques that you could recommend?

I have used stomper as suggested by tc5158 I found the software excellent, the device has a circular base on which you place the cd/dvd and then press the label on. It works very well however You have to be careful when you do it if the label overhangs the disc it can be a problem.

I'm a little puzzled by the 10 & 2--isn't that for hands on the steering wheel? I seem to be finding the anal sacs more at 5 & 7... or even 4 & 8. After you've done it once it'll be old hat. The technique is the same once you've located them, they feel like half a grape (sorry, probably sworn you off of grapes now for life.). A steady pressure from the back of the anal sac gently towards the exterior, you'll be able to feel the fluid expressing. add to Thwarted- thanks for your correction (no TD from me by the way). Your answer made me stop and think for a minute though--hmm..what the heck have I been expressing at 5 & 7, if the sacs are at 10 & 2?

Buy pre-cut labels.
As for locating them on the disc, yes, there is a device, but it is almost impossible to describe. I got mine in a kit years ago.
A better solution is to buy a printer that can print directly onto white-top CDs. Many Canon Pixma's can.
Edit: Check these devices:

Edit v2 to PhnX: Thanks for the thumbs down YOU RETARD. He asked for a DEVICE, not SOFTWARE. Get off your PC if you can't read.

You really shouldn't use labels on cd's as that can disturb the recording during playback regardless of whther they have been designed for them or not.
