How do I synchronize my iPod??
These things are supposed to be such marvels of technology, but I'll take my $35 Hong Kong imported POS MP3 player over this thing any day. What software do I need to use to sync this thing? I've got music files (MP3 format) and I tried using MediaPlayer to add them to the iPod, but they don't show up! They're inaccessible through the iPod itself, but when you pull up the Mass Storage Device folder, there they are under Music. What am I doing wrong? Are they the wrong format? How can I get the stupid thing to recognize them? And why the hell isn't this easier??

Toggle the carry change some circumstances. ensure after the final toggle, carry is became off. Then press and carry the midsection button and menu button until eventually you notice an apple. it could desire to take some seconds yet could desire to restart the comprehensive iPod. Your music could desire to instruct then. yet whilst no longer, you may continually plug the iPod into the computing gadget and adjust settings to sync all your music until eventually you have the time to hand p.c.. which songs you definitely need. stable success with it!

All you need is to download iTunes. Import all of your music files to iTunes. Then simply plug your iPod in. It is very simple. You can get iTunes for free for Mac or PC.

you need to download iTunes at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
then connect your iPod with the USB cable that should have come with the packaging... it should automatically sync itself, but if it doesn't, press the "sync" button in the bottom right corner of iTunes (once your iPod is connected you can click it in the menu on the left to get to this screen).
