How do you define "Soul Mate" .....?

SOUL MATE !!!

The person whom your soul is connected to.

Not just your physical being.

The love that two people can share.

But your soul can relate to their soul and you feel their needs and feelings and desires. It exist I do belive.

But, it exist when you are put together by God and he is in control of your life. I am waiting --- he is out there someone - I think I know where he is but, god is still working on him.

if you don't believe in soul mates then why bother with this question? There is not just one soul mate out there for each person. and in response to you think that 2 people get together and work extremely hard to make their relationship work, this is true, but don't you think being in love with them is important as well??? which ties into a soul mate. You don't find your soul mate, get married and live every second happy in love forever, it takes a lot of work as well. there is a middle between your view and the idea of a soul mate.

I believe in soul mates because I have met guys who I have worked hard at, but we just couldn't be together. Maybe if they worked hard at it too, we could've been together still, but the thing is your soul mate will want to work hard with you. Does that make sense?

Like you, I didn't really believe in soul mates before him! (LOL..and I've been married, but not believing in soul mates, I married someone I thought I could "be happy" with... well, that ended badly)...

Now, I know my soul mate.... You know how your whole life, you sat back dreaming of "the perfect" guy for you... For me it was the one who had just the right sense of humor, intelligence, wit, compassion, romanticism, manliness, knowledge, creativity, etc... who loved me in the way I needed to be loved, who just seemed to inherently know me, my dreams, and what I need from him? The man that I wanted to do ____ with - whether it is traveling, or dancing, going to rock concerts - whatever I dreamed of my guy doing with me - well the soul mate is so interested in me and making me happy that he loves to do those things too, if not for any other reason than to make me smile... He constantly is trying to remind me of how much he cherishes me and loves me... He is who I dreamed of since I was a child... My "prince Charming" if you will... sure, he has faults, as I knew he would... (lol.. though, honest, I haven't found them yet!!! lol) but, he's different than any other relationship I have ever known...

and the key is that he feels the same about me... we both cherish each other.. and loving one another feels natural... right.. like destiny... :)

Wow 1 Yes and no. I think 2 people can find each other and both love each other very much. But even so one has to work at it every day. One can grow tired of the other one if both people do not work at it. But if No is your answer well this is much harder. One can still make things work if both people work very hard at it. They can still become the love of your life.
