What you described could be a type of skin cancer on the testicles ... are the borders of the spots 'regular' (round or oval) or irregular (like an island with 'bays')? Are the spots raised or 'flat'? Are the spots 'weepy' with either white or pink fluid coming from them? If the spots are irregular, or raised, or weepy, or more than one of those, you should see a dermatologist to determine whether you need surgery. Other than that, though, testicular cancer generally shows up as 'lumps under the skin' that are attached to the 'ball' inside the sac, and they also 'hurt' ... so do a good 'self examination' and decide if you really think you need to see a doctor or not. You can go to ANY internist for that first exam ... you'll be sent to the proper type of doctor if the 'spots' on your testicles are suspicious.

When did you get these spots. If you have always had them then I wouldnt worry too much, I would just keep an eye on them to make sure they dont change shape or color. If they appeared recently you need to see your doctor. It sounds like if it were cancerous it would be a type of skin cancer as opposed to testicular cancer. Either way I wish you the best of luck!

any time you have new moles on your skin, especially if they are irregular in shape, you should see a doctor to have them looked at. testicular cancer is different, you should be checking them once per month like women check their breasts. the lumps would be internal - so the more often you check, the more you are to notice lumps that are out of the ordianary. women's breasts have lumps that we need to get used to just like men's testicles have lumps that are normal. I hope this has helped.

There is nothing wrong with having dark moles in your testicles. Some guys do. But yeah, get it checked out. It may be an STD.

Are they new spots or have you had them for a while. If they are spots on your sack and it ends up being cancerous it is most likely skin cancer, not testicular. so worst case scenario, you lose some skin.

testicle cancer is usually about lumps and shyt like that, i don't know anything about spots, you should probably get that checked out
