Are you sure about this ? It sounds like a scam,I have heared about these type of scams.
Why do they ( whoever they are ) want you to send them money?
If you have inherited some money,then the accountants or estate managers will send you the funds that you are entitled to,without asking for funds from you.

You are being SCAMMED......
Do NOT send that money... its the old Nigerian 419 scam designed to swindle you. You send your money off, and you never see it. or your "inheritance" again.....
