First thing you want to tell her after you tell her you like wearing panties is that you aren't interested in becoming a woman and you are not gay. Those are the things she's going to be most worried about and the things that will come to her mind first. If it's just a matter of liking panties for comfort, tell her. If it's a matter of wearing panites turning you on, tell her that too. She might still freak out but if you're going to do this being totally hones is the best way to go. Good luck.

I don't believe it is okay. I'm a guy who loves to wear panty shields in my panties everyday and now I have a urinary infection. I believe bacteria builds up on the panty shield and gives you a UTI.

All she should wear is underwear that has a cotton crotch...wearing a shield everyday can inhibit the growth of bacteria, I would think............And, by the way, how the hell would you know that?????

I don't see how her personal hygiene is your business, but that is something that some girls do and it's perfectly normal and perfectly clean.

If she changes them regularly, it shouldn't be a problem.
