I'm a 15 year old high school kicker,who can kick a field goal about 40 yards.How can i increase that distance

how can i improve my leg strenght?

    first of all keep drinking milk, cause so far its doing your body good.........if you do kick that far already,there is nothing more you can do except stay consistant, with practice,and excercise, im sure your coach has a few more things to add to your regime this year... besides dont wear yourself out thinking you have to do more than that...i hope you will be on tv as the longest field goal by a kid in high school ..so i can see you kick one beyond 49 yards this year....best of luck young man in all that you do....happy new year<<<..>>>

    This was posted 7 years ago so your about 21-22 now. The laws have obviously changed since then and I'm turning 15 in a few months and a few of my friends have jobs but I don't know how I go about getting a job today. I would really appreciate if someone could give an up to date list of jobs and how to get a job create a CV etc. Thanks in advance to anyone whose kind enough to help :)

    Don't just focus on leg strength, work on your form and balance... calves and abs play a big part in kicking too... maybe some more sit-ups and don't forget about the pressure coming from the defense... find a way to practice kicking under pressure.

    Also, think of golf for a minute... when you want to hit the ball farther, more strength is not necessarily what you need... sometimes its all in your form.

    Do leg lifts and just generally lift weights with you legs, sounds like your pretty good now.

    ride a exercise bike, run, walk, jog and all that stuff and practice kicking!.!.!.!.!
