What's the key to stay focused or practice self-control ?
There are times when you really want to do something but you don't simply because you don't. For eg, i always want to get up at 7 am. I keep alarm too. But everyday i just switch the alarm off and go back to sleep. I want to stop this , but am not getting success.

Basically you just need to convience yourself that it's really something you want to do because it's that important to you.

What are you doing to change this? You do the same thing and get the same result and yet you're surprised. Change something. If you want to get up at 7am get to bed by 11pm the night before. At the very latest.
