What is the best baby position when giving nasal drop medication to a 3-month old infant?
Since a three-month old can struggle his head if restrained, accidental swallowing of the drops could occur. Any suggestion to avoid this without covering his mouth with anything?

Try laying him on his back, like on a couch, works best. Also, try distracting him when you give him the drops. Make a game out of it. If you can make him laugh while doing it, it will make it easier. Thats what I do with my 3 1/2 month old son while I give him saline drops for his congestion. It's what works for me.

Before administering any nasal drop medication to a 3-month-old infant, I would consult my pediatrician.

lie him on his back on your lap and put his head between your knees, also as the first person said consult dooctor first
