Hey there Far Away,
Welcome back, we all missed your questions which btw are never easy and do take some time to think about before answering.
First of all these are a lot of qs all in one so here goes;
I am definately willing to change, i always say that i am a work in progress. We always try to make better of our deeds and actions, that is life. Nobody goes around saying well i am too good i better take it a notch down, you get what i am trying to say..... It is just how eager u really are to change that matters coz most of us want something but sometimes we don't really thrive to reach our goals. (When that happens to me i don't really put myself down, i just say when the time comes i ll be ready).
Now, alhamdulelah i have never lost a friend before, time may go by or we may loose touch for some time, but it is in yr hands to try and catch up with them, check up on them, show interest and let them know yr doing fine. It only takes a few minutes but those few minutes last for a very long time.
A "better person" is someone who is content who knows what life is and in realit'y life is what we make it........ so if it we see it as hard it will be and if we see it as happy it will be...... Wallahi i am not preaching, but i have been through a lot in my life to know that if we are sad or down and we force ourselves to be happy and to give these troubles the other shoulder, things WILL be better. POSITIVE THINKING.
Lastly, no one is 100% good, we are all full of faults and vices, or else we should be called angels not humans.
Wow sorry for a long answer everybody, but u asked so many qs.
Welcome back, hope i helped.

The only way a person can be a better person, is to gain understanding and knowledge-but only use knowledge that is beneficial to all people. And understand that nothing is of a person absolute (100%). There has to be difference in order to evaluate, choose, and find a way to discover understanding. Anyone who doesn't want (desire) some type of improvement (somewhere-somehow-for any reason), has no reason of purpose-other than to experience. So, discover what is worth changing to be able to descibe one that is capable of judgement, upon "what" being a better person consist's of, and how that could come about being accomplished?

salam alikom faraway
welcome back
being a better person is what I'm always working for,from all aspects of life,but i think that being a good person from a religious point,will reflect all other fields...
I'm really struggling to fight myself which really tends to keep me away from the right path,but i know that there will always be hope that I'd be the best person i can be....
i don;t know if i have a definition for a better person,but i think he's the person who has good relations with everybody,who tries to do the right thing at everything and every place he's in..and he would never hurt someone on purpose..etc.
of course there's noting called a 100% good person,we all have our flaws and we all do mistakes...
thinking that he needs no improvements,is a mistake itself,because all humans do mistakes and the the best of them those who repent for their mistakes...

i'm always changing to be a better person but in the end i am still who i am..
we're human that makes mistake but that doesn't mean we have to be the same person.. the world is changing so does we have to follow.. but be true to ourself!
