911 help with transmission?
2000 dodge caravan drove great yesterday when we went to leave a min ago van will barely pull,added transmossion fluid,did not seem to help when trying to get it to go smells like burnt transmission fluid......please help asap
could it be filter?its been running great
ALSO COULD IT BE MODULATER VALVE???????

If it sounds burnt and wont pull most likely need a trans rebuild, My bud just had his done and it was 2300.00

When you added fluid was it low? Chances are you blew it up if the fluid smells burnt. Or your torque converted took a crap.
Try checking the shift linkage under the van. Something could have came loose or broke.

smells burnt? go to tranny shop with check book..about 1000 to 1400 dollars

Is there reverse is the emergency brake on try other forward gears if nothing it's cooked .......
