    when you wanna get it:

you can access to internet via satellite in everywhere in the world.

1,you need a SAT, and a DVB card(its like your graphic card and soundcard)

when you install them, you are able to receive data,

but! a problem, how the servers, will learn, that which website you wanna have? then, you need to send!

you need a internet connection, to send data, sometimes some internet operators(like t-com for ex.) can accept you to use them to send, and you will be able to receive with your sat!

but the problem is that, in all around the world, its legal to use sat, just and just you pay tax! and the tax is too expensive(depend on country), ist that expen. that you will be able to pay it, if you become a operator, to share it with 2many people to earn your monthly tax.

btw! you are legaly able to buy, just a usage need to pay tax.
