Lambo style doors on a 2007 Mustang?

My friend put them on his Integra and the godamn things never worked, eventually we had to get in the passenger side dukes of hazard style. You also had to life the door up a little while you pulled it in to close or else they wouldn't close, another pain in the ***. I guess it all depends on the application and who is doing it tho.

You can buy the setup from muscle America for around $1,100 and on ebay you can get a pair for around $499 and they are pretty simple to install ..... I have a 07 mustang myself and thought about getting them but decided not to.

Please don't, personally I think you have to have a very edgy looking car to pull that look off, and the new stang is pretty bulky looking and not edgy. I know that the install is quite extensive, so cost could add up unless you find a shop knowledgable in this. I'd start with putting this question in the ear of some local shops to see if they could pull this off with out jacking up your paint and other things. You may also want to call the company your looking at purchasing this from and ask them to send you the installation instructions so you can better evaluate if you want to go through with it. Ask them for their common problems.

I dont think they look good at all on the new mustangs or any mustangs for that matter. They are more for "tuner" type cars. Like I could see them on a bmw m3 for instance. Not on a muscle car mustang though.

Pleas dont ruin your beautiful ride by installing Lambo doors,they are so played out.
