*Spotting???*?
So i have been having spotting like bleeding on and off for about a week now. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. And i don't have any other signs of being pregnant. I'm on birth control and use a condom with my boyfriend majority of the time. And this has never happened to me in the 4 years i have been on birth control. I should be getting my period sometime within the next week. But i'm just not sure what's up and wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else. Thanks!
So i went to the doctor today and she thinks i might possibly have ovarian cysts. she did a pregnacy test there too and it came back negative again. i'm still going to wait another week or so then take another. now i have to go and get a pelvic ultrasound and etc to determine if what she suspects is true. hopefully it wont be too bad because i would really like to have kids one day. but thanks for your help guys. i really appreciate it.

well all i have to say is BOTH times i got pregnant i was on birthcontrol! (Shot with my daughter, pill with this one) and both times I bleed like a period, just NOT NORMAL for a week it was WEIRD!! then about 3 weeks later with my daughter i had a positive test, and then this one, it showed negative til i was 6 weeks, so it all depends on the hormones & IF Youre pregnant! could be stressing! and if its not "time" for your period, could be too soon to tell! dont stress, dont think about it, just DONT do ANYTHING you shouldnt do while prego! (drink) and then in a few weeks take another!

With birth control you can have break-through bleeding. Wait and see if you get your period and try taking a test if you miss it.
