It's an episode from the 80's version of Alfred Hitchcock Presents called "Final Escape". http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0508387/
I couldn't find the new version online, but it is a remake of a 60's episde of the Alfred Hitchcock Hour. The original episde (also titled Final Escape) starred a man, instead of a woman. You can see the original episode online:
