Have you looked at the bed and breakfast places around Bull Shoals? As said above HS is fun but not really for a romantic weekend. I took my lady to Murfreesboro which is a really cute little town and we enjoyed it. Go to:

have not had a more romantic stay than when going to a B&B in a beautiful city! Too bad you said Eureka Springs cause that's got some of the best in the state lol
