Left 4 because she has pretty eyes and had a bad facial expression and still looked comparable to the girl in the right. Right 3 because she is average, plain and boring but at least has a smirk that works with the picture.
Both look young and will mature and look better if you both take care of yourself. The truth hurts but you asked.

The eyeliner is a mess and takes away from your rating. Go to a makeup artist and get some tips...I'll say 5 for both.
