    first find the ratio of the radius by the formula of circumference. then putting the ratio of radius [(3:4) same as of circumference] on the formula of area . u will get the answer 9:16

    C = 2 pi r

    C[1] = 2 pi r[1]

    C[2] = 2 pi r[2]

    If we divide

    C[1]/C[2] = r[1]/r[2] = 3/4

    A[1] = pi r[1]^2

    A[2] = pi r[2]^2

    If we divide

    A[1]/A[2] = r[1]^2/r[2]^2 = (r[1]/r[2])^2 = (3/4)^2= 9/16

    A[1] : A[2] = 9: 16

    c1 = 2pi*r1

    c2 = 2pi*r2

    c1/c2 = r1/r2 = 3/4

    a1/a2 = [pi*(r1)^2]/[pi*(r2)^2] = (r1/r2)^2 = (3/4)^2 = 9/16
