How do you dry lettuce?
How do you dry iceburg and romaine lettuce. I have tried spinners and paper and tea towels. HELP!
The pillow case and dryer idea might work. I will try it and let you know.

I use a combination of paper towels and the salad spinner it gets the lettuce dry. If the lettuce isn't drying with the spinner you might not be spinning it fast enough.

I use a salad spinner but I have heard of others using a empty pillow case and spinning it.

I would use an open air dyhydrator, like the kind used for making jerky. Pretty much takes the water out of anything quickly enough to keep it from looking rotted. Usually takes about an hour to two hours for leafy stuff. Never tried lettuce, though.

Don't own a spinner...I just wash well and allow to drain in a collander, then dry additionally on a kitchen towel.

The spinner is the most effective I know. Maybe you are putting too much in your centrifuge basket.
