What player is the only player to lead the Major League in stolen bases in his last year in the Majors?

    Jose Reyes, his last year in the majors is 2007 (so far).

    Dave foltz? in 1905 Art Devlin and Bill Maloney led the Majors with 59 stolen bases.

    John Fogerty led the majors in 1889 with 99 stolen bases which was his last year in the majors. The following year he went to the Players League for one year and then retired.
